| Anyone anywhere can play. As always, ask your parent's permission before
entering any information online. You'll need to enter an e-mail address so that your
parent or teacher can be contacted in the event you earn a Cyber Quest Award.
Multiple challenges will appear over the
Spring '08 session, March - April. Check back often to discover new challenges. New
challenges may appear at any time. Difficulty will vary - some challenges will be super
easy; others tough but possible. The pages of Mrs. Cannon's Computer Lab, www.computerlabkids.com, will lead you to each
solution. If you are stumped, search the pages to see if you can spot a Cyber Quest star.
Star clues may appear on any page and offer hints to help you solve tough challenges. Use
your noggin. Ask Mom, Dad, or Granny to read along with you and solve the challenges
together.
Once you've discovered the solution, enter
the following information into the Cyber Quest challenge page:
 |
Your first name. Use the same
name each time, so that your progress can be charted. |
 |
Solve the Cyber Quest
challenge. |
 |
Cite your source. How?
When you locate the answer to the challenge, notice the URL (address) of the web page
where you found the answer. Copy and paste that URL into the Source field of the Cyber
Quest form.
If the source is a book, give the title of the book and the author. |
 |
Your parent's or teacher's
email address, to be used as notification in the event you earn a Cyber Quest Award.
E-awards will be delivered electronically to that address. Shipping arrangements will be
requested as needed. Use the same address each time, so that your progress can be charted.
|
No need for multiple
submissions. Only ONE correct solution to each challenge accepted per participant.
Duplicates will be deleted. You may enter solutions to past challenges any time before May
1.
Try to solve as many challenges as
possible. New challenge questions may appear at any time. Awards will be presented
according to levels attained. In the event of a tie, award recipients will be selected
randomly. Awards will be shipped internationally unless prohibited by U.S. trade
regulations or sponsor requests.
